Key Responsibilities:
- Classroom Support: Assist the Geography department in delivering engaging lessons, providing one-on-one and small group support to students.
- Curriculum Enrichment: Help prepare teaching resources, support field trips, and extracurricular geography activities.
- Assessment: Assist in marking work and tracking student progress, providing constructive feedback under the teacher's guidance.
- Pastoral Care: Build positive relationships with students & SEN Students, supporting their well-being and promoting a respectful classroom environment.
Person Specification:
- Qualifications: A degree in Geography or a related field is essential.
- Experience: Previous work with young people in educational settings is a plus but not essential.
- Skills: Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills; a passion for Geography and supporting student learning.
