Position: Graduate Teaching Assistant
Location: Brent
Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 08:30am - 15:30pm
Start Date: October Half Term (October 28th)

Key Responsibilities:

Provide support in the classroom and on a one-to-one basis, helping students stay focused and engaged in their learning.
Modify learning activities and resources to meet the needs of students, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN) such as autism or ADHD.
Work closely with the class teacher to adapt teaching strategies.
Provide emotional support, helping to build students' confidence and self-esteem.
Monitor and assess student progress, working in partnership with the school's SENCO to create and review tailored support plans.

What We're Looking For in a Graduate Teaching Assistant:

Experience working with children in any capacity, such as tutoring, babysitting, or volunteering.
A compassionate, patient, and understanding approach to supporting children's needs.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
A genuine passion for helping children succeed both academically and emotionally.
