Job Title: Teaching Assistant
Location: Chingford, E4 | Pay: 90 - 100 per day | Contract: Temp to Perm | Hours: 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our primary school in Chingford. This role offers a great opportunity to work with young learners in a supportive and engaging environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and interactive lessons.
Provide one-to-one and small group support, helping pupils to stay on track with their learning.
Manage classroom behaviour, promoting a positive and structured learning environment.
Help prepare and organise teaching materials, ensuring the classroom is ready for each lesson.
Supervise pupils during lessons, breaks, and school activities to ensure their safety.
Offer targeted support to pupils with special educational needs (SEN), adapting learning methods to suit their individual needs.
Maintain regular communication with parents, teachers, and staff to provide comprehensive support for pupils.

Qualifications:

Previous experience working in a primary school setting is preferred.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with children, staff, and parents.
Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting pupils' learning and development.
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
