Graduate Teaching Assistant Responsibilities:
Support learning in EYFS, KS1 or KS2 classes
Work with children who need additional academic or emotional support
Assist teachers with lesson delivery, classroom setup, and learning resources
Provide 1:1 support for pupils with SEN such as autism, ADHD or speech & language needs
Help track pupil progress and provide feedback to teaching staff
Graduate Teaching Assistant Requirements:
A degree in Psychology, Education, Childhood Studies, or a related field
A positive, enthusiastic attitude with a genuine interest in education
Some experience working with children in a school, tutoring, or voluntary capacity
Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
Enhanced DBS on the update service, or willingness to obtain one
