Key Responsibilities:

Support the class teacher in planning and delivering lessons, taking on an active role in classroom teaching.
Lead small group interventions to boost student progress, particularly for students who need extra help.
Cover classes in the absence of the teacher, maintaining a structured and supportive learning environment.
Assist in the assessment of students, providing feedback to teachers and contributing to their progress reports.
Work closely with the teaching team to ensure students reach their full academic potential.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience as a Teaching Assistant, with a solid understanding of classroom management and supporting students’ learning.
HLTA qualification or significant experience in a classroom setting with a desire to take on additional responsibilities.
Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently and lead small groups.
