SEMH Teaching Assistant | The Role:
As an SEMH Teaching Assistant, youll be working closely with students who require additional support due to emotional or behavioural difficulties. Your primary responsibility will be to help manage behaviour in the classroom, ensuring a safe and positive learning environment. You will also provide one-to-one or small group support to help students re-engage with their education, developing strategies to boost their confidence and self-esteem.

As the new SEMH Teaching Assistant you'll collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and other professionals to create personalised learning plans and offer practical and emotional support that meets each student's unique needs.
