SEND Learning Support Assistant (LSA)
Location: Tower Hamlets
Contract: Long-Term
Salary: Starting from £90 per day (Daily rates are depending on candidates level of experience)
Start Date: immediate start
We're looking for a dedicated SEND LSA with experience working with students with SEMH, complex needs, and visual impairment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-to-one support to students with SEMH, visual impairments, and complex needs.
- Assist in the delivery of personalised learning plans and interventions.
- Encourage positive behaviour and emotional support.
- Collaborate with teachers and professionals to meet student needs.
- Help students access the curriculum and use adaptive technology.
Requirements:
- Experience in SEN schools or similar settings.
- Understanding of SEMH, complex needs, and visual impairments.
- Ability to support students on a one-to-one basis.
- Patient, empathetic, and flexible approach.
