About the Role:

  • Provide 1:1 and small group support for young adults with autism and autism related communication difficulties.
  • Foster an inclusive and structured learning environment.
  • Support students in developing social skills and independence.
  • Assist in preparing and adapting learning materials.
  • Support personal care needs, including hygiene and mobility assistance, where necessary.
  • Administer medication support when required.

About You:

  • A genuine passion for supporting young people with SEN.
  • Experience in SEN or education settings is highly desirable.
  • Experience with personal care and assisting with daily needs is essential.
