Social Science Teacher - Key responsibilities :

  • Teach Sociology and Psychology at A Level.
  • Deliver BTEC Health & Social Care and T Level courses, supporting students on their vocational journeys.
  • Plan and prepare engaging and inspiring lessons that foster a deep understanding and love for Social Science subjects.
  • Assess, monitor, and provide constructive feedback on student progress.
  • Contribute to the development of the Social Science curriculum and participate in the wider life of the school.

Social Science Teacher - The ideal candidate will:

  • Qualified Teacher Status QTS, QTLS or ECT
  • Have strong subject knowledge in Social Science and vocational subjects.
  • Be able to motivate and inspire students, making complex ideas in Sociology, Psychology, and related subjects accessible and exciting.
