Teaching Assistant - Key Responsibilities:

- Provide 1:1 and small group support, helping pupils engage with learning.
- Collaborate with teachers and SENCO to implement effective support strategies.
- Use psychology-based techniques to manage behaviour and promote development.

Teaching Assistant - What We're Looking For:
- A Psychology Graduate with previous experience working with Autism.
- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of child development and behaviour management strategies.
- A caring, patient, and adaptable approach to supporting children.
- A valid Enhanced DBS or willingness to apply through Reeson Education.
