APEX EDUC8 is seeking to recruit a dedicated Teaching Assistant for a Further Education establishment in West London. This is a full-time position starting immediately.

Contract: Term to Perm

Full/Part Time: Full Time

Rate: £85 - £100 per day *(DOE)

Hours: 8:30 AM 4 PM

Job Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one support to students, particularly those with additional learning needs, to ensure their educational success.
Assist with the planning and delivery of engaging learning activities that cater to diverse learning styles.
Use strategies in collaboration with the lead teacher to help students achieve their learning goals.
Monitor students responses to learning activities and accurately record their achievements and progress as directed.
Offer detailed and constructive feedback to teachers on student performance, challenges, and overall progress.
Promote positive pupil behaviour, addressing conflicts and incidents promptly, in line with established policies.
Create and maintain a purposeful, structured, and supportive classroom environment that enhances student engagement and learning.
Assist with classroom management and help maintain an organized and stimulating learning space, including displaying students work.

You Must:

Hold valid Right to Work in the UK.
Have an Enhanced Child DBS on the update service.
Provide two professional references.
