MALE COMPLEX NEEDS CARE WORKER

LOCATION OF ROLE: W5 3QS

EXPERIENCE: Up to date training and Experience in supporting service users with Autism, challenging Behaviours, Learning disabilities

TRAINING: MAPPA / CPI (CRISIS PREVENTION INSTITUTE, PMVA, DE-ESCALATION TECHNIQUES

We are seeking MALE care staff for a MALE non verbal YP aged 15 with complex . Given the complexity of needs, we would like an experienced MALE Positive Behaviour care worker .

Carers who is willing to adapt their practice to meet needs of the YP.

Carers must be male, physically fit with capacity to run/chase, walk quickly; participate in activities such as swimming, trampolining, support with equine and hydrotherapy; support with shopping etc . 

Please be advised that YP requires round the clock 2:1 support at all times and 3:1 support to access the community.

As such carer will be working alongside the YP’s existing suport team.
