We are looking for a dedicated ASD Support Assistant to join our ‘Good’ Ofsted-rated secondary school in Barnet.

Role Overview | ASD Support Assistant
As an ASD Support Assistant, you will:
- Provide 1:1 and small group support for students with ASD.
- Collaborate with SENDCos, teachers, and SEN staff to ensure students' needs are met.
- Promote an inclusive, supportive learning environment for all students.
- Help students develop social, communication, and life skills.
About You | ASD Support Assistant Role
We are looking for an ASD Support Assistant who is:
- Patient, empathetic, and proactive.
- Experienced in supporting students with ASD (desirable).
- Able to build positive relationships and support students to achieve their potential.
