About the Role
As a Registered Nurse, you will:

Provide exceptional nursing care in accordance with best practices and regulatory standards.
Lead care planning activities, tailoring them to residents' individual needs in collaboration with families and the multi-disciplinary team.
Ensure care is delivered with dignity, respect, and a focus on independence and choice.
Manage medications safely and effectively, adhering to professional and legal guidelines.

What We're Looking For
