Are you a professional, service-driven Porter with experience in luxury environments? We are recruiting on behalf of a prestigious residential development in the heart of Mayfair, offering an exciting opportunity to join a friendly and dedicated team.
Your Role:
As the first point of contact for residents, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional living experience in this luxury setting. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing a warm, professional welcome to residents and guests
- Assisting with shopping, deliveries, and resident requests
- Keeping communal areas immaculate and well-presented
- Liaising with contractors and service providers
- Handling enquiries and supporting security awareness
What You Bring:
- Experience in 5-star/luxury environments
- Previous experience in high-end residential developments
- Exceptional customer service skills with a polished, professional approach
- Pride in your appearance - well-groomed and well-presented
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, can-do attitude
