Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and adaptable Mobile Workplace Host to join our team. This role ensures smooth front-of-house operations across multiple office locations. Ideal candidate will deliver a high-end reception and hospitality service, creating a welcoming and professional environment for visitors and employees.


Key Responsibilities:
* Greet and assist visitors professionally, ensuring proper sign-in procedures.
* Issue visitor passes in line with access control policies.
* Notify building occupants of client arrivals, deliveries, and courier services.
* Manage and review meeting and visitor schedules via Outlook.
* Respond to emergencies and contact emergency services when necessary.
* Provide refreshments for visitors and employees as needed.
* Maintain a tidy and professional reception area throughout the day.
* Handle post room duties, including sorting, franking, and processing special deliveries.
* Communicate and report effectively to internal and external stakeholders.
* Support the team in achieving high performance and service standards.
* Report and escalate facility issues to the appropriate teams.


Candidate Requirements:
* Previous experience in a reception, hospitality, or front-of-house role preferred.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook
* Ability to remain calm and responsive in emergency situations.
* Willingness to work flexibly across multiple office locations.
