Role Overview:

The Resident Associate will serve as a key point of contact for clients and guests, ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of service and professionalism. As the face of the company, you will be responsible for offering a personalised, luxurious experience while upholding the brand’s reputation for excellence. This role demands a dynamic, personable, and detail-oriented individual with a passion for providing exceptional service in a high-end environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the first point of contact for residents and guests, providing a warm and professional welcome.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, anticipating and addressing the needs of clients to ensure a seamless and luxurious experience.
  • Manage client requests, from special accommodations to bespoke services, with attention to detail and discretion.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal teams and external suppliers to fulfil residents’ and guests’ requests.
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the company’s services, facilities, and the local area to provide insightful recommendations.
  • Ensure the highest standards of presentation and service are maintained across all aspects of the client experience.
  • Assist in organising private events or special requests, liaising with appropriate departments to ensure flawless execution.
  • Provide administrative support, including managing schedules, bookings, and record-keeping, as required.
  • Uphold the brand’s luxury standards, ensuring every interaction is executed with care, attention to detail, and professionalism.
Essential Skills & Experience:
  • Previous experience in a luxury hospitality or customer-facing role, ideally in a prestigious or high-end environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a refined and polished manner.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple requests and tasks simultaneously.
  • An understanding of the importance of confidentiality and discretion in a luxury setting.
  • A passion for delivering personalised, high-quality service and exceeding client expectations.
  • Knowledge of the luxury market and the ability to anticipate the needs of discerning clients.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, with a solutions-focused approach.
  • A professional appearance and demeanour at all times.
Desirable:
  • Experience in a similar role within the luxury property, retail, or hospitality sector.
  • Multilingual skills are an advantage but not essential.
  • Familiarity with the local area and high-end services in London.
