One of our best clients, a luxurious 5-star hotel located in the heart of London, is seeking a Guest Services Manager to join their renowned front-of-house team. In this key role, youll ensure exceptional guest experiences, providing seamless service across the hotel.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury guest services and proficiency in Opera PMS software, contributing to the hotels continued reputation for excellence.

  • £29,343 per annum plus circa £10,000 service charge
  • Travel Card paid for Up to zone 4 (after 6 months)
  • Working 7 shifts over 14 days
  • Working 8am to 8pm
  • Occasional night shifts

Responsibilities as a Guest Services Manager

  • Leading and inspiring the front of house team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

  • Maintaining the highest standards of service excellence and consistency across all guest interactions.
  • Coaching and developing the team to foster a positive and efficient work environment.
