Cleaning supervisor

Location: Central London

Hours of work: 40

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday (Working over weekend is optional)

Working time- 12am-8am

Contract Type: Permanent

Salary: £32,000- 34,000 based on experience

As a Cleaning Supervor with ID facility Management, you will play a key part in delivering a world class housekeeping service, maintaining the highest quality and consistency for our customers and colleagues.

The Role

  • Deliver the highest level of cleaning service
  • Build solid working relationships with our cleaning staff
  • Train and motivate staff
  • Ensure all chemical and cleaning solutions are used correctly
  • Ensure a safe working environment in line with Health and Safety regulations and standards
  • Report any dangers, near misses or hazards you encounter to your manager

  • Excellent leader skills
  • Ability to be proactive, with a "can-do" attitude
  • Reliable and hardworking with a professional attitude
  • Ability to implement the manager's requests through the teams on site
  • A team player who works well with customers and colleagues
  • Have a good eye for detail and clean to an exceptional standard
  • Good level of English
  • Driving license- mandatory
