Assistant Block Manager

Location: Maida Vale (Local Portfolio)

They are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Assistant Property Manager to join their team and assist in the management of a local portfolio of properties.

As an Assistant Property Manager, you will support the management of a portfolio of properties, ensuring smooth daily operations and delivering excellent service to both clients and residents. You will assist in the development and implementation of service charge budgets, financial strategies, and maintenance plans to optimize property performance and ensure client satisfaction. You will also play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, residents, and contractors, while providing support to junior staff.

Key Responsibilities:
