Our client, a highly respected and well-established Estate Agency, is currently seeking an ambitious Lettings Manager to join their close-knit, dynamic team in Wimbledon.

This role is ideal for a professional with a proven track record of generating new business, growing a lettings portfolio, and managing high-performing teams.

What's on offer:

  • Up to £32,000 basic salary
  • Outstanding OTE potential up to £80,000!

Working hours:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Saturdays on a rota basis

As a Lettings Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting valuations and negotiating competitive rental prices with Landlords to grow the property portfolio
  • Leading and managing a high-performing office and team, maintaining the highest standards of service
  • Building and nurturing strong, long-lasting relationships with Landlords to secure future business opportunities
  • Developing and maintaining a profitable lettings business by offering a range of products and services to clients
  • Driving business generation and maximising income and profitability through achieving set targets
  • Actively growing the existing lettings portfolio and increasing revenue streams

The ideal Lettings Manager will possess:

  • A Full UK Driving License
  • Minimum 3 years of proven lettings branch management experience
  • Extensive lettings and valuation experience
  • A results-driven approach with a strong track record of success
  • The ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a team
  • A self-starter with the determination to exceed targets and grow the business
  • A keen focus on customer satisfaction, listening to their needs and providing tailored solutions
