Tenancy & Estate Management SupportAssist Housing Officers with estate inspections, tenancy verification checks, ASB management, and fire risk assessment follow-ups.Support the void and rehousing process: coordinate with property services, conduct property viewings, and prepare sign-up packs for new tenants.Manage tenancy change applications, ensuring paperwork and documentation are complete for assessment.?? Resident Engagement & Service DeliveryProvide high-quality face-to-face reception services, resolving enquiries at first contact or directing to relevant officers.Assist tenant/resident associations with administrative tasks (e.g., photocopying, event coordination).Attend home visits, meetings, and community events (occasional evenings required).?? Systems & AdministrationOperate council IT systems to maintain accurate records, update databases, and retrieve information efficiently.Collaborate with the Service Improvement Manager to ensure performance data is accessible to staff and residents.Cover invoice processing and other duties during the Business Support Officer’s absence.??
