Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day lettings operations to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to company policies.
- Canvassing: Actively identify and secure new business opportunities through targeted canvassing efforts.
- Appraisals: Conduct accurate rental appraisals, providing informed advice to landlords and ensuring competitive market positioning.
- Viewings: Organize and conduct property viewings, delivering excellent service to prospective tenants and landlords.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the lettings team, fostering a high-performing and collaborative environment.
- Compliance: Ensure all lettings activities meet legal and regulatory standards.
Skills & Requirements:
- Proven experience in lettings and property management, with a focus on senior or managerial roles.

- Full UK driving license.
