Your new company You will be workingfor a Global Law firm, based in Central London, who are continuously named inthe best Law Firms rankings. This company operates in over 10 countries, with26 offices across the globe, making thisan exciting global opportunity. Your new role

  • Act as the main point of contact for all benefits related enquiries, from employees and stakeholders.
  • Manage the day-today administrative tasks of the benefits schemes in place, enroling new employees onto benefits platforms, working with payroll and managing thedatabase.
  • Run training with new employees on how to navigate the benefit schemes.
  • Create regular reports looking into the schemes spending and popularity.
  • General ad hoc administrative tasks, including the company's leave system.
  • Hold responsibility for checking reward and benefits are in line with company policies and procedure, communicating clearly and effectively when policies need to be changed.
  • Involvement in other HR projects when required.

What you'll need to Succeed

  • In-depth knowledge of all HR areas, exceptional employment law knowledge.
  • Previous experience of corporate benefits is beneficial but not necessary.
  • Good team-working skills with strong customer service inclination.
  • Experience of managing projects and priorities effectively.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Openness to take on additional tasks and responsibilities, where required.
  • Advanced Excel skills
