North London

Are you an organised and detail-oriented HR Administrator looking for your next challenge? Join our client's North London team in a full-time, on-site role (5 days a week initially), easily accessible via Thameslink! This is a fantastic opportunity to provide key administrative support to the HR department in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Supporting HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and contract administration
  • Assisting with tribunal claims and early conciliation cases, working closely with the Company’s Solicitor
  • Helping to develop and update HR policies with the HR Manager and Advisors
  • Coordinating management training sessions and tracking attendance
  • Providing data analysis and reports on HR metrics such as disciplinary actions and absence trends
  • Taking minutes in management and Trade Union meetings
  • Managing flexible working requests, maternity/adoption leave queries, and reference checks
  • Maintaining and updating organisation charts and telephone directories
  • Overseeing debt recovery processes, liaising with enforcement officers and debtors
  • General HR administration, including filing, archiving, and maintaining office supplies

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong administrative skills, with experience using Microsoft Word & Excel
  • Ability to prioritise a busy workload and adapt to changing environments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • A team player with great interpersonal skills
  • Experience in the transport industry (desirable but not essential)
  • Knowledge of generalist HR issues (preferred)
