We are currently working in partnership with a Housing Association based in North London, who are recruiting for a HR Administrator on a permanent contract. The position is due to start immediately. The annual salary being offered for this role is £32,759 per annum.

The ideal candidate will be able to support the business objectives, acting as the first point of contact for HR queries and supporting senior stakeholders where necessary.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Supporting the business’s objectives and values by providing an efficient and customer focused administration service covering all areas of Human Resources
  • Acting as the first point of contact for HR queries, keeping customers informed and escalating any necessary matters to the correct team
  • Monitoring and reviewing the benefits packages and generating regular reports to present
  • Being proficient at database administration to assist in changes and setting up new processes / workflows as well as ensuring all HR information is maintained and up-to-date
  • Supporting the HR Advisor in Learning and Development and Recruitment
  • Assisting with HR operations such as fit notes, absenteeism, right to work and employment matters

Experience required:

  • Experience required in Social Housing
  • Experience working with customers within housing
  • Administrative experience

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

  • Can understand & articulate employment issues
  • Able to use a range of IT packages to support your work and are willing to learn new ones as required
  • Understand and demonstrate in practice, of how diversity is important for the organisation

  • 35 hours per week
  • 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday
