Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee and manager queries.
  • Create promotion, transfer, salary increase, and secondment letters.
  • Collate information for employee experience initiatives.
  • Own the onboarding process for new employees.
  • Conduct the leaver process and coordinate with IT.
  • Advise on and coordinate benefits (Pension, Healthcare, Dental, Gym membership, etc.).
  • Perform ad hoc administrative duties and project work.

Requirements:

  • High degree of confidentiality and diplomacy.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent team player with a collaborative spirit.
  • Strong face-to-face customer service skills.
  • Experience with Workday is preferable.
