- Providing a best-in-class candidate experience by acting as candidates’ main point of contact and managing communication throughout the interview process, ensuring a positive and impactful experience
- Coordinating across multiple pipelines by working closely with the technical recruiting team to schedule interviews via the Application Tracking System
- Managing candidate selection alongside Senior and Lead recruiters by thoroughly screening CVs to ensure role and values alignment
- Sourcing active and passive candidates through tactical research and intelligent sourcing campaigns, engaging candidates across various pipelines and geographies
- Collaborating on ad-hoc projects with the technical recruiting team to drive improvements and enhance the recruiting experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders
- Minimum 6 months proven experience in a recruitment role, in house or agency
- Experience in sourcing candidates and screening CVs
- Skilled in providing administrative support
- Strong communication experience
- Experience using LinkedIn and other sourcing tools (preferred)
