Pay: £16 - £18 an hour + holiday pay

Hours: Full time

Hybrid: 2/3 days in the office - business demand may require to be in more days during some weeks

In your role as People Coordinator you will report to a Senior People Partner and will support the wider HR team in the onboarding and inducting of new starters across organisations.

Your day to day duties will include but will not be limited to;

  • Drafting and issuing contracts of employment
  • Completing all onboarding checks in references, DBS, and Security vetting
  • Ensuring on induction policy, and forms are completed and filled in an accurate and timely manner
  • Update employee records on iTrent
  • File information - adhering to GDPR and Data Protection guidelines
  • Updating payroll changes
  • Greeting new starters and completing first day induction
  • Issue contracts change letters

This is a business facing role and you will have the opportunity to work with stakeholders from across the business. The skills you will bring to your as People Coordinator will include;

  • Knowledge and experience of working in a similar role
  • Excellent communication written and verbal communication skills to complete all induction process
  • Stakeholder management and ability to work effectively with the wider business
  • Working knowledge of HR system such iTrent
