- Partnering with hiring teams and managing interview scheduling processes for internal and external candidates via Outlook, Zoom, MS Teams, etc
- Managing interviews that may include senior stakeholders, video or in-person meetings, and multiple interview stages
- Keeping candidates, hiring managers, and senior management fully updated during the recruitment journey by providing professional and timely communication with internal and external contacts
- Creating a positive candidate experience for applicants through timely and professional engagement
- Maintaining accurate, real-time records utilising existing processes and systems
- Providing general administration support to the hiring team depending on interview volumes, which could involve advertising roles, candidate administration, and reporting
- Minimum 12 months in a recruitment role
- Experience in using Outlook, Zoom, MS Teams or similar to manage interview administration, and general IT skills to track and report on recruitment processes
- Strong organisational and communication skills are needed to manage a busy workload and deal with multiple internal and external contacts
