Our client is one of the world's leading international law firms that specialises in providing coordinated legal advice and transactional capability to clients around the globe.

The role

In your new role as a Recruitment Assistant, you will be assisting the Senior Recruitment Manager with the day-to-day running of all legal and business services recruiting activities. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Liaising with Partners, Associates, Secretaries and Line Managers to arrange interviews and greet candidates.
  • Assisting with the advertisement of new roles.
  • Logging and tracking relevant candidate information using the database and ATS to make sure all records are accurate.
  • Assisting with the full recruitment cycle from application to selection and onboarding.
  • Responding to internal and external queries.

What do you need?

In order to be successful in this role you will need:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office with strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Previous experience working in a HR or recruitment role, ideally within the legal sector.
  • Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Personable and confident, able to build relationships with partners / key stakeholders.
