The Role:We are currently seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to provide end-to-end recruitment services for our business support teams and curriculum colleagues. As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering seamless support and exceptional customer service to candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process. This fast-paced role requires excellent organisational skills, flexibility, and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively while working under pressure to meet deadlines. Key Responsibilities:-Managing the full recruitment cycle, from job advertising to candidate onboarding.-Drafting and posting job adverts on relevant platforms, including the college’s website, job boards, and social media.-Sourcing, Screening and Shortlisting candidates and -Coordinating interviews in collaboration with hiring managers.-Conducting interviews on the phone, online or as part of a panel-Managing candidate communications, ensuring timely feedback and a positive recruitment experience.-Supporting compliance with recruitment policies, safeguarding, and right-to-work checks.-Coordinating recruitment events such as job fairs and open days.-Maintaining accurate recruitment data and records, ensuring GDPR compliance.-Liaising with external recruitment agencies and internal stakeholders.-Supporting recruitment marketing initiatives to promote the college as an employer of choice.

What We Are Looking For:-Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within the education sector or a similar environment.-Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.-Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems and the Google Workspace-High attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
