A brilliant opportunity has arisen for an immediately available Recruitment Coordinator to join a prestigious global investment firm.If you are a highly ambitious and organised individual and are looking to grow your career in recruitment and operations, then this is the perfect role for you! As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will be joining an engaging and collaborative team. You will be taking the reins in the scheduling of interviews across the UK and communication with senior stakeholders, managing directors, clients and candidates. This part of the company will give you great exposure and a chance to learn from high-level and knowledge people. You will have 1 to 3 years of experience as a Recruitment Coordinator or Coordinator, ideally within a corporate environment, professional service. It will be a bonus if you have worked within the investment sector. Key Responsibilities:
  • High-volume scheduling of interviews across multiple time zones and stakeholders.
  • Tracking and managing recruitment processes efficiently.
  • Liaising with senior stakeholders, including Managing Directors and hiring teams.
  • Working closely with the operations team to streamline recruitment processes.
  • Providing an exceptional candidate experience, ensuring smooth interview coordination.
