People Coordinator (Temporary)

We are seeking a talented People Coordinator to join our client's team - a leading tech company. As the first point of contact for all general People queries, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our teams across the globe.

In this hybrid role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by efficiently managing all administration tasks related to our people, systems, and processes. Additionally, you will be part of an exciting project to implement a new HRIS, streamlining and automating our People systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary contact for general People queries, ensuring timely and approachable responses
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee information, conducting regular audits to ensure data integrity
  • Own and implement essential processes including payroll, onboarding, and offboarding
  • Generate necessary paperwork throughout the employee lifecycle, such as contracts, letters, and documentation
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to create reports using the HRIS

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a high-volume administrative function
  • Passion for systems, processes, and People Operations
  • Exceptional attention to detail with outstanding organisational skills
  • Strong prioritisation skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, especially Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
