Training and Development Administrator

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly organized and proactive individual to join a dynamic team as a Workforce and Practice Development Assistant. This role is crucial in providing high-quality administrative support for staff and foster carer training programs, ensuring the smooth coordination of learning and development initiatives within the Children and Families Service for a local council.

The successful candidate will take responsibility for managing training-related communication, coordinating events, and supporting key projects that enhance workforce and practice development. Working closely with the training officer and ASYE coordinator, they will play a pivotal role in delivering effective training programs, maintaining up-to-date training information, and preparing a monthly newsletter to promote opportunities for professional growth. Additionally, they will be responsible for overseeing finance processes related to training budgets and ensuring accurate record-keeping.

This is a full-time temporary position within a forward-thinking Workforce & Practice Development Hub, dedicated to implementing innovative and inclusive approaches to training.
