Business Change Manager/HR Implementation ManagerInside IR35, £320 P/DHybrid, Milton Keynes 3 days per week12 month contractAbout the roleAs an HR Implementation Manager you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring interim resources are effectively allocated across the organisation.We need someone with strong analytical skills, a team player mindset, a proactive attitude and ability to deliver projects on time and quality.We’re looking for someone who has experience in HR and / or contracts & procurement, strong stakeholder management and good project management experience to be successful in this role. System thinking experience would be beneficial but is not essential.Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse data for continuous improvement and efficiency.Commercial Skills: Strong business management skills with excellent data analysis and reporting capabilities, including experience of measuring and demonstrating return on investment.Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical in-formation clearly to non-technical audiences.Relationship Building: Skilled at building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, cus-tomers, and suppliers.Project Management: Proven ability to deliver results both in-person and virtual teams, focusing on time, cost, and quality and value for money.Personal Attributes: Demonstrates initiative, the ability to work independently and turn ideas into practical solutions, executing tasks efficiently.
