What can I expect day to day?

As a Client Engagement Manager (CEM), you'll have the freedom to do things differently, working alongside a Recruiter to manage your own area of the Technology market. You will operate within a commercial and entrepreneurial environment, supported by colleagues with a wealth of experience empowering you to learn and grow. No day is the same here at Hays, and you will gain experience across a varied range of skills to include:

  • Building new relationships with clients to identify business opportunities
  • Conducting thorough market research to identify key areas to target
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with existing clients in the Technology market
  • Working alongside a Recruiter to ensure that all vacancies are serviced quickly with the best quality of candidates
