Casanovas Recruitment Solutions are looking for a confident and experienced Employee Relations professional looking to lead a dynamic team in a fast-paced, customer-focused organisation. Our client is seeking an ER Team Leader to oversee casework, provide expert guidance to managers, and drive employee relations excellence across the business.

Main areas of responsibility:

  • Leading and managing a team of HR Advisors and Assistants, ensuring a compliant, customer-focused casework service
  • Providing expert ER advice and coaching managers on complex casework, including absence management, performance, disciplinaries, and grievances
  • Supporting organisational change, including restructures and redundancy processes, ensuring compliance with employment law
  • Partnering with business leaders to enhance ER capability and promote best people management practices
  • Ensuring HR policies are up to date, consistently applied, and effectively communicated
  • Supporting key HR initiatives and performance reporting to enhance strategic objectives

Required Skills & Desired Experience:

  • CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience in ER case management within a fast-paced, customer-centric organisation
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships
  • Strong leadership capabilities, able to motivate and support a high-performing HR team
  • A collaborative approach with exceptional organisational and analytical skills
  • A full UK driving licence (essential)
