HR Manager

Location: West London - Hybrid

Salary: Up to £55-60k per annum 

Role Overview: Our client have engaged us to support them in finding them an HR Manager to lead and manage all aspects of HR in this standalone role that works closely with Senior Directors. The role is HR Manager is to manage and lead the delivery of an effective and professional end to end HR service to all staff, provide HR analysis and ensure all HR related queries are dealt with efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering end-to-end HR services
  • Provide employment law and HR advice to senior leadership team
  • Deliver and implement the HR strategy
  • Support in all aspects of the employee life cycle
  • Manage recruitment, contracts, employee relations, performance management, payroll, and rewards

Requirements:

  • HR Management experience
  • Previous experience at manager level with an excellent knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
  • Knowledge of Employee Relations, contracts and policies as well as payroll and Reward and Recognition 
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
