I am delighted to be partnering with an innovative and ambitious global recruitment consultancy to appoint a Global Head of People to join the People and Culture team.

About the role..

As Global Head of HR you will be responsible for the HRBP team across a growing global business of c 500 people across the UK, Europe and America. A strategic role you will partner with business leaders to help them achieve their commercial objective by driving an excellent people partnering offering.

Alongside working on all aspects of the HR remit across talent management, succession planning, employee relations and learning and development you will also be involved in wider activity across mergers and acquisitions and the reward review process. This business is built across 5 brands all excelling in their space, they recognise that allows for different opportunities for individuals and to be recognised through continual professional development and reward. As an experienced HR generalist you will have work closely with the senior leadership team and CEO to implement a best in class HR offering and strategic business partnering approach.

Key experience required:

路Senior HR professional with previous business partnering experience

路Global or international experience working across employee relations

路Experience managing a compensation and benefits review start to implementation.

路Organisational change work such as M&A activity and working across a growth business.

路CIPD level 5 or equivalent

About you..

This role is a pivotal position for the People and Culture Director and the business as a whole and a chance to develop the business partners and wider HR delivery. You will work alongside two additional team members at Head of level and be a no 2 to the P&C Director, giving you the opportunity to build on and deliver across an ambitious people strategy. You must be working at a senior level with leadership experience in a business of a similar size and global headcount. The business is fast paced and high performing so prior experience working in a similar sector or consultancy space will be desirable.

Salary: 拢95,000 - 拢100,000 + bonus and LTips

Location: London 3 days per week
