BettingJobs is working with a well-established iGaming operator who are looking for a Group HR Director.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the HR strategy to support a rapid growth international multi group firm.
  • Oversee recruitment, retention, and leadership development initiatives to build and nurture a world-class team.
  • Champion a diverse, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture.
  • Ensure HR policies and practices comply with multi-jurisdictional labour laws and regulations.
  • Design and implement systems to optimise performance and development at all levels.
  • Lead HR transformation projects and foster adaptability across the organisation.
  • Act as idealised leader for the HR team, fostering culture of development and evolution.

Requirements:

  • Proven senior HR leadership experience within the iGaming industry or a similar fast-paced, global environment.
  • Experience working with fully remote based companies on an international scale.
  • Expert knowledge in developing senior management and enhancing employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Over 10 years of experience creating group HR polices.
  • Expertise in international labour laws, compliance, and employment practices.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • A track record of driving culture and engagement initiatives in a dynamic organisation.
  • Native English speaker.
