Group Operations and People Manager - Boutique Fitness - London

Circa £60,000+ bonus+ benefits

We are looking for a Group Operations and People Manager for a growing boutique fitness operator who has ambitious growth plans on a global scale. This newly created role will ensure their club management teams are supported to deliver consistent operating standards and achieve their KPI's whilst leading their people strategy from recruitment to training, instilling their culture and values synonymous with this energizing quality brand.

The Ideal candidate

  • Passionate about people, service, standards and fitness with the gravitas and a personality to inspire others.
  • Multi-site senior leadership experience in a premium fitness, leisure, retail or hospitality operation.
  • Experience in taking a business through change both culturally and operationally with evidence of projects undertaken.
  • Possess either a qualification in HR/L&D or practical experience as an operator.
  • Able to commute into central London each working day.
