Central London Hospitality leading company is seeking a Senior HR Manager with at least 5 years of experience and great team-work and leadership skills.

The role is hybrid - at least 3 days in office, 40 hours a week, £60k annum.

Duties include:

- Coaching, mentoring, empowering and supporting the operational management on owning and dealing with all elements of employee relations.

- Implementing and overseeing performance management systems.

- Reviewing and analysing HR metrics.

- Establishing and leading on recruitment and on-boarding practices.

The perfect candidate will have experience developing people strategy, a thorough understanding of HR policies, practices, and procedures, employment law and regulations. As well as thorough experience in managing and developing a team of HR professionals with the ability of collaborating with senior leadership.

The Senior HR Manager will also demonstrate acute understanding of ACAS code of practice and management of HRIS programmes.
