- Lead and manage the Business academic portfolio across all campuses, including curriculum design, teaching strategy, and assessment.
- Deliver an outstanding student experience with a focus on retention, progression, and employability.
- Ensure academic quality and compliance, including course monitoring, curriculum reviews, and alignment with OfS B3 metrics.
- Foster external partnerships with businesses and professional organisations to enrich the student learning journey.
- Support student recruitment and contribute to strategic planning, staff development, and cross-campus collaboration.
- Engage in research and/or professional practice in business, enterprise, or a related field.
- Minimum of a Level 7 qualification and a BA in a Business-related subject (or equivalent professional experience).
- Extensive experience teaching and managing Business-related programmes in Higher Education.
- Demonstrated ability to lead academic teams and drive curriculum innovation.
- Proven track record of improving student outcomes and programme performance.
- Strong professional networks and links with industry to support employability and enterprise.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills.
- PhD or equivalent research degree.
- Fellowship (or higher) of the Higher Education Academy (HEA).
- Recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PG Cert), or willingness to complete one.
- Experience in entrepreneurship education or applied business learning environments.
