This position is a key part of the Human Resources team, focusing on evaluating and improving HR policies and managing or overseeing all ER issues.

- Leading the Employee Relations offering across the organisation
- Advising on ER, employment law and change management issues
- Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Enhancing employee engagement and relations
- Collaborating with other department heads to align the company's strategies
- Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Identifying areas for improvement in terms of employee relations and proposing solutions
- Managing and resolving complex employee relations issues

A successful Head of Employee Relations should have:
- Experienced Head of Employee Relations or Employee Relations Manager seeking a career development move
