The Head of Employee Relations & HR Policy reports into the Chief People Officer and is a stand alone role, to aid the strategic direction of this financial services company based in London. This position is a key part of the Human Resources team, focusing on evaluating and improving HR policies and managing or overseeing all ER issues.
