Head of HR | London | FMCG (non-food)

KM4HR are exclusively working for a consumer focused organisation looking to recruit their new Head of HR. Based in the London office this will be a role responsible for delivering the HR strategy across the UK&I with some international travel required.

We are looking to speak with individuals who are already working in a similar level role or senior HR Business Partners with global responsibility looking to take their next step.

In this role you will be;

- Building relationships with the ELT and global leaders providing constant support to deliver company objectives.

- Building and delivering robust full scale Talent management programs

- Partnering and coaching assigned business leaders and other departments that fall within the wider HR responsibility inc. shared services.

- Developing the HR agenda and people led strategies

- Budget management for specific business units in relation to talent and people planning

- Driving employee engagement initiatives aligning HR with the wider business globally

- Leading a team of highly ambitious HR Business Partners

As somebody already working in a similar position you will know that this list is not exhaustive. As well as managing the strategy and reporting in to the ELT you will have day to day responsibility for the entire UK&I HR operations. A hands on HR leader with a strong commercial awareness is crucial for the success of this role.

Experience of working in large, complex corporate environments is essential. Whilst you will be supported we are looking for a driven, confident, HR Leader who is both efficient and well informed when reporting and providing insight on a global scale.

Experience of dealing with change and restructures whilst promoting company culture and engagement forms the basis for this position.
