Head of HR Salary: £50,000 to £60,000

Fully Remote Position

A rapidly growing global content and information management company are looking for a Head of HR to join their team. You will be responsible for overseeing all employee-related matters, ensuring effective administration, coordination and training of HR programs, while maintaining accurate staff and contractor records. Looking for an experienced Head of HR who can lead and drive organisational growth and implement HR strategies that support the company's overall business growth.

Duties:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
  • Support the HR Coordinator with the recruitment and selection process
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organisation
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Maintain pay plan and benefits program
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

Experience Required:

  • Proven working experience as Head of HR or a similar role. Minimum 5 years
  • CIPD Level 7 or equivalent or Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases and a member of CIPD
  • In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices
  • Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
  • People-oriented, results-driven leader and skilled in strategic planning and leadership
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • Strong competence in building and managing relationships at all levels
