Morgan McKinley is looking for an experienced standalone Head of HR with previous experience in a similar role to work for a growing company based in The City, London.

DESCRIPTION.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to.

PROFILE

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Build, implement, and oversee HR functions across all subsidiary companies. Whilst also maintaining the day to day functions of a busy and growing HR offering.
  • Design and execute HR strategies in alignment with broader business objectives.
  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention efforts.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
  • Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
  • Organise and coordinate training and professional development programs.
  • Administer payroll and benefits.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and generate necessary reports.

Qualifications:

  • Degree-educated or equivalent relevant experience.
  • HR Background in startup businesses, desirable.
