A prestigious international bank is seeking an experienced HR Manager in a “hands on broad generalist” role.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a small HR team and all aspects of HR including payroll, recruitment, ER, Senior Managers Regime etc for the London office
- Developing/implementing HR policies and procedures
- Managing relationships with external service providers e.g. payroll companies, private medical, pension, life assurance providers, lawyers etc
- Managing disciplinary/grievance and performance/HR issues
- Managing HR projects
Your experience must include:
- Extensive proven HR management experience gained within banking/investment management in a broad generalist “hands on” role and managing a team
- CIPD qualified – level 7
- Good initiative, proactive leadership skills, ability to multitask
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, to liaise at all levels internally & externally and build relationships
- Degree educated
- Strong IT skills
