Frazer Jones is delighted to partner with a global technology company looking for a Head of HR to report into the Chief People Officer. This organisation is currently embarking on an exciting period of growth in the business.

This role will be responsible for Business Partnering with the UK part of the business as well as other business functions globally, supporting senior stakeholders in the business. Leading a small team, you will be comfortable working operationally ensuring that all policies, processes and procedures are effective and efficient across HR. The successful candidate will also be responsible for supporting the Chief People Officer on all strategic objectives of the organisation, including reward and supporting the upcoming growth of the business.

The successful individual will have proven experience in a Head of People or Senior HR Business Partner position for an SME with the ability to demonstrate a proactive, solutions-driven mindset and the ability to navigate complex challenges in a fast-paced environment. Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills are essential, as is the ability to collaborate effectively with senior leaders across culturally diverse teams. Previous experience in a growth focused business is an advantage but not essential.

The position is based in Central London and has a hybrid model of 2 days in the office, 3 days from home per week.
